Please notify us if the order is able to be left unattended at appointed address (eg. left by front door / veranda / gate) if no one is home. (This gives us permission for the courier driver to leave it if no one is at home to sign for the item)
We also accept work addresses (if during business hours 9-5pm)
Surcharge may apply if customer is not home to sign for the item. Card will be left and it is customers responsibility to contact courier for their item. All tracking numbers are provided once leaving our warehouse (can be done by checking order details).

Complete Refunds
• If the item is not as described in advertisement.
• If the item does not fit correctly.
• Damages. (replacement supply)
Partial Refunds
•Minor damages. (scratches)
Partial Refunds will only be offered in circumstances mutually agreed to by the seller and the receiver. (all claims must be within 7 days of receiving goods)
No Refund
• If product has been used and is NOT resalable.
• If customer cannot prove that the item does not fit.
• If the customers change their mind.
Terms:
• Buyer pays shipping in addition to the purchase price. This item is shipped via Courier. No responsibility taken for loss or damage caused by the courier.
• Recommend a specialist or qualified tradesman if you are not confident in installing the item.
• Must pay within 4 days of purchase date.
• Whilst every effort is made to make descriptions as accurate as possible, errors may unintentionally occur.
• General shipping time is between 3 and 5 working days.
• Customer should reject the item if it arrives unpacked, damaged, squashed etc. If you sign for the item, we will assume that you have received it in good order.
