Sales Support & Customer Care in LIVERPOOL, New South Wales
Powerland is a domestic and commercial electrical appliances and services retailer who pride ourselves on our great service and prices guaranteed.
We are now online and are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced customer care and over the phone salesperson for a full-time position at our Warwick Farm location to join our friendly team in a busy office environment with immediate start available.
The position is a varied role, consisting of replying to customer online inquiries, managing and handling over the phone and online orders and possible website product maintanance.
Requirements:
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email
- Have a passion for online sales
- Be computer literate
- Previous use of a compterised stock control system is preferable
- Minimum 2 years customer care experience is preferable
- Be able to speak and read English fluently
An understanding of the electrical appliance market and previous electrical retail experience is preferrable but not a requirement as product training will be provided to the right candidate.
